DealHub360 was created to modernize how brokers, lenders, and vendors manage commercial equipment-finance deals. The platform bridges the gap between credit application and funding—automating origination, document collection, credit review, and eSign in one secure, PaaS-based system.

We are seeking strategic investment to accelerate product development, expand AI-driven credit analytics, and scale adoption across North America’s $1.2 trillion equipment-finance market.

The commercial equipment-finance process is outdated and fragmented. Brokers and lenders rely on spreadsheets, emails, and manual document handling, manual and time consuming communication, leading to lost deals, long turnaround times, compliance gaps, and poor client experience.

DealHub360 centralizes origination, underwriting, document collection, and eSign into a single secure platform. It automates workflows, integrates with systems like TURBO-Lease, Experian, and OneSpan, and provides real-time pipeline visibility—reducing deal cycle times from days to hours.

Independent equipment-finance brokers, small and mid-sized lenders, and vendor finance programs across North America. The U.S. equipment-finance market exceeds $1.2 trillion, with over 5,000 active brokers and funding partners seeking digital origination solutions.

Business Model

Recurring SaaS subscription model with tiered pricing based on user count and features, plus optional implementation and integration fees with add-on Per Click pricing for AI Analytics, Originations, eSign, Credit Bureau Integrations, and licensing.

Traction

We have created the Platform and Launched it this year with Azura Lending as our Pilot client. They needed a host of capabilities to put themselves at the Vendor Interaction Forefront and attract more Vendors to their services for expansion. They helped us get zero-ed in on the Payments Equipment Vertical.

Azura started with six users, five Lenders, and 200 leases in a month. With their help we expanded our functionality to what they needed for an initial offering.

They were able to bring the solution to their Vendors and win more business with reporting, eSign, Rate Factor and Deal calculators, and Pipeline Management.

Currently the platform has 290 users. 33 Logins per day, 20 unique users on the platform per day. Over the last month we accepted Leases from 45 different Vendors and 16 different Broker Lenders over 541 Leases for a total funding of: $4,183,598.80 running through the platform.

Raise

We are asking for $500,000 USD in a Convertible SAFE financial instrument. This is a Post-money SAFE with a Valuation Cap of $4MM at a 20% Discount for Operational Bridge and Product Expansion.

Use of Funds

  • Engineering (45%): Marketplace, AI OCR/Risk, lender integrations, Infra and Security, Scale, CS and faster onboarding
  • GTM & Sales (40%): Associations, events, SDR motion, partner rev-share.
  • Ops/Buffer (15%): Payroll and contingency for runway.
